The Penthouse is designed with a large, open floor plan that joins the living, dining, and kitchen areas.Hardwood floors line the main living space. Structural wood beams highlight a 15-foot cathedral ceiling. Expansive windows across the south wall create a stunning view of the Mississippi. Luxurious leather sofa pulls out into a full-size bed.
The 3rd floor deck is private and accessible from the living and bedrooms, including a ten-foot double sliding door. It is outfitted with furniture and a grill. The south face provides a panoramic view of the Mississippi, Clark Bridge, Alton’s Riverfront Park and Amphitheater, and the Alton Marina.
The gourmet kitchen features top-of-the-line stainless appliances, a KitchenAid range, unique custom granite, porcelain tile, and bar seating. The dining area and table are perfect for entertaining or every day use.
The master bedroom is furnished with a luxurious king bed and plenty of room and closet space. There is direct access to the deck. The private master bath contains a large walk-in shower and jet tub. The guest bedroom, with queen bed, also has deck access. It has private entry to the second/shared bath, distinguished by its cultured marble and stainless fixtures. Both bedrooms are carpeted.
